Job Description

Operations Associate delivering customer implementations and technical integrations for Purview’s medical imaging software. Coordinating healthcare data migrations, cross-functional teams, and post-launch support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer implementation, deployment, internal improvement, and cross-functional initiatives through the full project-management lifecycle
  • Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, timelines, resources, and success criteria
  • Perform technical assessments and planning involving customer networks, PACS, EMR, imaging archives, configurations, integrations, dependencies, constraints, and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate customers, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, integration success, action-item ownership, and on-time delivery
  • Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, and change requests
  • Provide customer-facing technical leadership and timely, audience-appropriate communication
  • Ensure compliance with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and other medical imaging and healthcare interoperability requirements
  • Manage data migration projects involving large imaging archives, metadata, and configuration data while ensuring integrity, documentation, validation, backups, and launch readiness
  • Deliver training, documentation, post-go-live support, configuration guides, integration specifications, runbooks, troubleshooting support, and support-team handoff
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, refine templates and processes, document lessons learned, and adapt to changing requirements and technical challenges

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage external customer projects, Purview product implementations, and internal operational, cross-functional, and process-improvement initiatives
  • Project management experience in software implementation, healthcare technology, SaaS, technical operations, or another delivery environment involving external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, facilitation, documentation, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent external and internal projects while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused, accountable, and collaborative approach to problem solving, issue resolution, and decision making
  • Comfort partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, customers, and vendors
  • Formal project management training or certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI coursework, or equivalent credential preferred
  • Experience managing technical integration, software deployment, API integration, configuration, or data migration projects preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical imaging systems and workflows, including DICOM, PACS, VNA, RIS, image sharing, storage, and archive migration preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and secure healthcare data workflows, including HL7, FHIR, IHE, and EMR integration preferred
  • Experience with Epic, Ambra, ezyVet, PACS, VNAs, or similar platforms preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare, radiology IT, medical imaging, health IT, or another regulated technology environment preferred
