Job Description
Associate Director consulting overseeing project delivery and client relationships in a management consultancy. Leading diverse teams to achieve results through innovative technology use.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing consulting engagements
- Contributing to budgeting, scoping, and designing project roadmaps
- Creating high-quality project work-products/deliverables
- Building credibility with client management-level staff
- Developing engagement hypotheses based on client context
- Providing timely, constructive feedback on projects
- Leveraging knowledge of AI to identify opportunities
- Assisting in client interviews and workshops
- Meeting utilization and sales targets
- Participating in hiring new associates
- Mentoring junior associates
Requirements:
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of extensive experience in ERP Cloud Consulting within Oracle, Workday, or SAP
- Understanding of finance business capabilities
- Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery
- Sales experience is a plus
- Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a workstream lead preferred
- Experience working with multiple IT or Technology solutions
- Experience working with State and Local Government clients
- Consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams
- Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions
- Experience leading an ERP Cloud workstream
- Successful completion of at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation (Oracle, Workday, or SAP)
