Job Description

Associate Director managing Prolia/Evenity sales in China for Amgen. Accountability for business performance, market strategies, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the Prolia/Evenity business(sales and profitability) performance for China market.
  • Optimize team infrastructure / competencies to win the high potential market.
  • Develop strong relationships with China HCPs for market development and brand endorsement.
  • Lead China Prolia/Evenity sales team and take full responsibility to continually monitor and adjust the business strategy.
  • Establish an effective business management system, organize regular business review meetings with regional teams to ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Medication, Pharmacy, Marketing, Commerce preferred)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in sales management of Pharma MNCs
  • Proven record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment
  • Proven strategic thinking and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets
  • Authentic and passionate leader with the ability to develop and communicate a strong vision
