Job Description
Director leading enterprise operational reporting and performance analytics for HPI, a third-party administrator of health and benefit solutions. Centralizing reporting, managing KPIs, and driving quality improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to centralize operational reporting within Enterprise Analytics
- Transition reporting responsibilities from operational business units into a standardized reporting model
- Establish governance, standards, ownership, documentation, and prioritization for operational reporting
- Standardize enterprise KPI definitions, reporting cadence, and scorecards
- Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reporting
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, automated, scalable, and aligned with business priorities
- Lead creation of executive dashboards using Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms
- Implement reporting intake, prioritization, and service management processes
- Lead monthly operational business reviews with executive leadership
- Develop executive scorecards covering KPIs, operational performance, Performance Guarantees, service levels, and trends
- Provide executive insight, narrative, and recommendations
- Identify enterprise risks, trends, and opportunities through proactive analytics
- Design and implement an enterprise Quality Management framework
- Monitor KPIs and establish corrective-action thresholds
- Lead root cause analyses for underperforming KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional corrective action plans and monitor sustained improvement
- Develop referral processes for the Transformation team
- Track improvement initiatives through implementation and benefit realization
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operational reporting team
- Partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and executive leadership
- Represent Enterprise Analytics in executive meetings and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or healthcare operations
- 5+ years leading enterprise reporting or quality management teams
- Experience implementing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance management programs
- Experience leading cross-functional organizational change initiatives
