Job Description
Associate Director guiding BeOne Medicines’ US hematology-oncology marketing and KOL strategies. Driving launches, advisory boards, promotional education, and cross-functional commercial execution.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the West Director, Regional Marketing
- Develop and execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) customer strategies and tactics supporting BeOne’s hematology oncology products within the US
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics
- Contribute as a Regional Marketer on the Customer Enterprise Team supporting the Hematology portfolio, including Brukinsa and Beqalzi
- Implement integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies and execution plans for Brukinsa and Beqalzi
- Build partnerships with external KOL customers and partners and influence commercial strategy with internal stakeholders
- Represent BeOne at US and ex-US meetings, conferences, and functions as needed
- Develop promotional speaker bureau strategy and education programs
- Execute integrated commercial and marketing plans at national and regional scientific meetings
- Uncover, prioritize, and communicate market insights, challenges, barriers, and solutions
- Develop promotional peer-to-peer content and programming, including product theaters and conference promotional education
- Develop and execute commercial advisory boards to inform brand strategies
- Evaluate and implement innovative KOL tactics to drive brand objectives
- Contribute to QBR, brand/tactical planning, and Launch Readiness Reviews
- Drive business results and contribute to culture and people initiatives aligned with BeOne’s mission and values
Requirements:
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers and internal commercial teams, medical affairs, and clinical development colleagues
- Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and scientific and commercial teams
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data and prepare and deliver clear overviews of commercial insights, opportunities, and risks
- Strength in communication, strategic agility, achieving results, and teamwork/collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint
- Ability to manage and refine workflow processes with Excel
- Willingness to travel 50% or more
