Job Description
Senior Partner Marketing Manager leading Intapp's partner, AI, and alliance marketing programs. Driving co-marketing strategy, sponsorships, pipeline, and revenue influence.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Intapp's partner marketing strategy across the full ecosystem
- Lead marketing for Intapp's AI and innovation partnerships, including foundation model, applied-AI, and agentic technology partners
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for key partners and represent Intapp at partner events and executive briefings
- Own the Advantage sponsorship program end to end, including positioning opportunities, tracking sponsorship dollars, managing invoicing, and measuring pipeline and revenue returns
- Plan and orchestrate joint go-to-markets, co-sell campaigns, events, sponsorships, digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and co-branded content
- Shape the Firm AI category narrative through positioning, messaging, and thought leadership
- Ensure partners are accurately represented across Intapp web properties, collateral, and marketing assets
- Build scalable partner activation briefs, campaign activation plans, and measurement models
- Establish an AI-native operating model using AI tools for content production, research, and campaign development
- Own the partner marketing roadmap and annual plan
- Assess partner tier structures, identify gaps, scope investment, set measurable targets, and create quarterly plans
- Define and track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, revenue, and activation rates
- Maintain reporting cadence for marketing and alliance leadership
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in partner, channel, or alliance marketing
- Track record of owning marketing strategy and building co-marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline
- Experience owning a partner marketing or sponsorship budget, including positioning opportunities, tracking spend, managing invoicing, and measuring performance
- Genuine fluency in LLMs, applied AI, and agentic technology
- Active use of AI tools across content, research, and campaigns
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to distill complex product value into clear messaging for different partner audiences
- Strong program and stakeholder leadership across multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Fluency with the modern B2B martech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, ABM/intent, analytics, and event platforms
- Familiarity with professional services or legal, financial, or accounting technology markets, or ability to get up to speed quickly in a new vertical
- Experience marketing with and through technology alliances, AI partners, or professional services channel partners
- Experience managing partner sponsorship, MDF, or co-op programs
- Experience shaping category or thought-leadership narratives in a fast-moving technology space
- Background working alongside a professional services or consulting go-to-market motion
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time
