Job Description
Paid Marketing Manager scaling global paid acquisition for CoinPoker’s blockchain-based online poker platform. Optimizing regional campaigns, ROAS, localization, compliance, and conversion funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across programmatic platforms, direct media buys, and compliant social channels
- Manage regional paid media budgets
- Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CPA performance metrics
- Maximize ROI and scale high-converting traffic sources
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to localize ad copy, banners, and landing pages
- Ensure culturally relevant, natively translated assets and optimized conversion funnels
- Navigate regional iGaming advertising restrictions
- Maintain tracking links, postbacks, and analytics tools
- Monitor real-time campaign health and funnel performance
- Drive regional player acquisition across global expansion markets
Requirements:
- Proven track record scaling regional paid media campaigns
- Fluent/Native in English
- Proficiency in additional regional priority languages is a strong plus
- Deep expertise in iGaming or crypto user acquisition via paid channels
- Experience with DSP/SSP programmatic buying, crypto ad networks, push/native traffic, and direct publisher buys
- Strong technical background in campaign tracking, attribution platforms, landing page optimization, and analytics tools
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Voluum, and Google Analytics
- Proven track record managing substantial monthly performance budgets
- Proven ability to achieve strict CAC and ROAS targets in restricted or gray-market jurisdictions
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial performance marketing experience
