Job Description
Regional Marketing Manager driving QIMA’s North American testing, inspection, and certification marketing. Building campaigns, events, and demand programs that grow pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end marketing performance for the North America region
- Translate market priorities, service strengths, and commercial opportunities into focused marketing plans with measurable ROI
- Track campaign, channel, sales, pipeline, and revenue performance
- Optimize investment, improve conversion, and support revenue growth
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns from strategy and messaging through launch, optimization, and reporting
- Partner with Web & Data engineers, Demand Gen, and Brand teams to generate qualified pipeline
- Plan, budget, and coordinate North America tradeshows, events, and webinars
- Source relevant event opportunities and speaking slots
- Lead regional webinar delivery, including promotion, registration, follow-up, and evaluation
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, global marketing, sales, and internal business teams
- Develop positioning, go-to-market plans, content, campaigns, and sales-support materials
- Report to the Senior Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with ownership of campaigns, events, ABM programs and/or regional marketing plans
- Proven ability to manage regional strategy, budget and execution while driving programs that support pipeline, revenue and ROI
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to partner with sales leadership, global and local marketing teams, and internal business stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong marketing acumen and fresh, practical ideas
- Self-starter mindset, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Native English speaker
- Experience with technical B2B services valuable
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry especially valuable
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, drafting, content development, and optimization
