Job Description
Associate Manager, Paid Search driving data-driven growth at OSEA, a fast-growing beauty brand. Managing paid search programs to maximize profitable revenue through optimization and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search programs
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing
- Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns
- Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Oversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
- Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platform
- Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Organized with exceptional time management skills
