Job Description

Associate Manager, Paid Search driving data-driven growth at OSEA, a fast-growing beauty brand. Managing paid search programs to maximize profitable revenue through optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search programs
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing
  • Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
  • Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns
  • Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Oversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platform
  • Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills
