Job Description

Project Manager overseeing GenAI product builds in a rapidly scaling digital product engineering company. Responsible for project execution, team coordination, and agile practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project execution for GenAI product builds, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Coordinate work across engineering, design, and business teams to maintain alignment and remove blockers.
  • Support delivery of features, enhancements, and proofs of concept by managing schedules, tracking progress, and escalating risks when necessary.
  • Help maintain project documentation, sprint artifacts, and status reporting.
  • Partner with Scrum Leads and team members to facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure user stories and requirements are clearly documented and understood by the team.
  • Help run demos, gather feedback, and support iterative delivery practices.
  • Serve as a key communication channel across teams, ensuring updates, risks, and decisions are clearly conveyed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with internal users and stakeholders to gather input, clarify priorities, and share project progress.
  • Support alignment across product managers, product directors, engineering leads, and design partners.
  • Assist in translating user needs and feedback into actionable work items.
  • Consolidate qualitative and quantitative insights to support prioritization and planning.
  • Promote agile ways of working and help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Track KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs, escalating issues proactively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, simplifying workflows where possible.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles supporting digital, software, or AI-related workstreams.
  • Experience working within agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
