Job Description

Project Manager at TaskUs helping to build roadmaps and execute strategies in customer experience. Focused on BPO solutions and managing client relationships in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with people to understand their needs and requirements
  • Coming up with creative approaches to make them successful
  • Owning the project process from start to finish
  • Managing stakeholder and project expectations simultaneously
  • Performing detailed checks and managing sensitive time-frames
  • Handling day-to-day team communication throughout each project
  • Coordinating and working closely with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business project management experience
  • BPO experience is a MUST
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management
  • 2+ years in operations and/or account management, working directly with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Self-starters willing to support their project teams
  • PMP certification is a PLUS
