Job Description

Associate Regional Manager managing local community managers at Yelp. Emphasizing leadership, communication, and performance evaluation to inspire team growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage local community managers.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with your team, peers, and Yelp HQ.
  • Track and prioritize weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for team members.
  • Ensure team budgets are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide direct feedback to community managers.
  • Support and drive successful relationships with promotional partners and Elite Events.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to community team policies and Yelp procedures.
  • Oversee market transitions while maintaining business strategy and needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in the Community Manager role with overall positive feedback from former managers and cross functional teams.
  • Must hold the title of Community director or above.
  • Must reside in California.
