Job Description
Freelance Community Manager engaging with online communities for QComms across various brands. Opportunity to work remotely supporting multiple industry portfolios in UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around the brand
- Escalate any issues or risks appropriately
- Support content roll-out by ensuring strong community interaction
- Provide regular reports on engagement, feedback, and community insights
Requirements:
- Previous experience in community management or social media roles
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
- Proactive, organised, and responsive
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
