Job Description

Freelance Community Manager engaging with online communities for QComms across various brands. Opportunity to work remotely supporting multiple industry portfolios in UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around the brand
  • Escalate any issues or risks appropriately
  • Support content roll-out by ensuring strong community interaction
  • Provide regular reports on engagement, feedback, and community insights

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in community management or social media roles
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
  • Proactive, organised, and responsive
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
