Job Description
Community manager intern for a family business selling eco-friendly stain removers. Responsibilities include social media content creation and community engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active social media monitoring
- Create content and publish e-commerce promotions and animations across all social media channels
- Develop content calendars to schedule posts in advance
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics
- Prospect new customers via digital communication channels
- Engage with the community by responding to messages, comments, and conversations
- Prepare and write promotional campaigns
- Develop influencer strategies and liaise with influencers
