Job Description

Join ICF as a ServiceNow Developer enhancing federal agency processes with ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support users through comprehensive training and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions to align with the designed requirements
  • Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
  • Assist architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications
  • Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience
  • Support end-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of the implemented solution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certification CSA
  • U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or a DHS Public Trust.
  • 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules, App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • 1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
  • US Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.).
