Job Description
ServiceNow Talent Sourcer responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of ServiceNow professionals. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and consulting fit for Intact's engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source ServiceNow professionals across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
- Build pipelines for: ServiceNow Developers, Solution / Platform Architects, Business Solution Consultants, Project Managers
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, ServiceNow community networks, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate: ServiceNow certifications and implementation lifecycle experience, Consulting and client-facing background
- Document screening notes and provide structured candidate summaries
- Assess alignment with project requirements and consulting delivery expectations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on ServiceNow talent
- 2+ years experience sourcing cleared candidates (TS/SCI) and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments
- Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and certification paths
- Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments
- Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
