Job Description
ServiceNow Architect consulting on architecture best practices for client solutions in agile teams. Collaborating effectively to analyze and design enterprise processes on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- You advise our clients on ServiceNow architecture.
- You know ServiceNow best practices, apply them, and provide guidance to the development team.
- You work closely with other stakeholders in agile, diverse, and cross-functional teams.
- You keep a constant eye on technical and process dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other client systems.
- In projects, you are able to quickly analyze and shape enterprise processes.
- You deliver tailored process architecture that is optimally aligned with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, either in consulting or development.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM, or similar.
- Developing technical solutions to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with various teams to design ServiceNow solutions and lead their implementation.
- ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
