Job Description
Atención y fidelización al cliente en Claro, ofreciendo promociones y beneficios para retener clientes. Requiere experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente.
Responsibilities:
- Retener clientes de Claro con servicio de línea fija, ofreciendo promociones, descuentos y beneficios que aseguren su permanencia.
Requirements:
- Mínimo 3 meses de experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente o retenciones.
- Windows 11 Home o Pro.
- Procesador Intel Core i3 de 10.ª generación o superior, o Ryzen 3 de 3.ª generación o superior.
- Internet por cable de mínimo 50 Mbps.
- Headset USB.
- Cámara web.
- Antivirus instalado.
