Job Description

B2B Sales Lead building partnerships and revenue for a consumer health platform. Engage diverse organizations and shape B2B strategy with leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the B2B opportunity landscape, identifying the most promising partner segments and buying journeys
  • Build and manage a multi-segment sales pipeline from first contact through signed agreement and revenue realization
  • Develop the sales narrative, pitch materials, and outreach strategies needed to engage different buyer types
  • Close partnerships across diverse organizations including sports performance teams, healthcare practitioners, corporate wellness programs, and research institutions
  • Serve as the voice of the B2B customer internally, translating partner needs into insights for product, pricing, and packaging
  • Establish the sales processes, frameworks, and playbooks that will enable the B2B channel to scale
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the long-term partnerships strategy and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
  • Experience at an early-stage startup, building a sales motion or partnerships channel from scratch
  • Proven track record closing deals across multiple buyer types, ideally including both SMB and institutional buyers
  • Strong ability to qualify, prioritize, and manage a complex pipeline across multiple segments simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator who can adapt their approach across different stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Comfortable operating as a high-ownership individual contributor in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with a bias toward execution and closing deals
  • Nice to Have: Background in health, wellness, sports performance, or diagnostics
  • Experience selling to healthcare practitioners or clinical organizations
  • Familiarity with academic research partnerships or institutional procurement processes
  • Experience with corporate wellness programs, employee benefits, or gifting partnerships
