Job Description

Director of Sales leading Southwest enterprise SaaS teams for Sprinklr, an AI-native unified customer experience platform. Driving $8–12M revenue targets and strategic enterprise deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run a Southwest sales territory
  • Lead a team of sales representatives toward an established annual revenue target of $8–12 million
  • Inspire, engage, enable, coach, and assess team performance
  • Build employee capacity and support professional development
  • Support client activity and deals, including assembling and winning strategic deals
  • Use MEDDPICC and Force Management tools and processes to facilitate team success
  • Ensure reps re-qualify deals and communicate thoughtfully
  • Direct information flow for leads, billings, orders, contracts, and other sales activities
  • Evaluate data, plan activities, meet district and area goals, and mitigate potential problem areas
  • Ensure sales objectives align with corporate strategies and policies
  • Partner with solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, and other departments
  • Attend industry events, leverage networks, travel, and engage reps and clients/prospects

Requirements:

  • 7–15 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • At least 5 years leading a team of at least 5 sales representatives and territory
  • Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams
  • Track record of developing talent into top-performing sales representatives
  • Experience creating complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals
  • Understanding of Customer Experience and how social media platforms impact large organizations
  • Ability to form strong business relationships
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Force Management
  • Ability to identify and attend industry events, leverage networks, travel, and engage reps and clients/prospects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must be located in Arizona, Colorado, or Utah
