Job Description

Remote contact-centre sales agent converting inbound and outbound leads into travel bookings for TTC. Managing Salesforce pipelines, consultative sales, and guest relationships across B2C and B2B channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert qualified leads into bookings through phone, email, and chat using a consultative sales approach
  • Own the sales pipeline in Salesforce, log activity, track follow-ups, and manage opportunities to closure
  • Drive revenue across B2C and B2B channels by recommending suitable travel experiences
  • Follow up on leads and re-engage prospects through outbound activities
  • Deliver exceptional service while achieving KPIs for conversion, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings, brand promotions, and travel trends
  • Participate in enablement sessions, share best practices, and contribute to collective team goals
  • Build loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and long-term relationship building

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented and able to achieve or exceed sales quotas in a target-driven environment
  • Consultative selling skills, including asking effective questions, active listening, and recommending suitable products
  • Proficiency navigating Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and drive conversions
  • Understanding of both B2C and B2B customer and trade-partner support
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborative team orientation
  • Experience working in a highly structured, performance-driven, fully remote environment with clear expectations and accountability measures
  • Flexibility to support a 7-day contact centre operation through rotating morning, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts
  • Willingness to support overtime during peak periods
  • Openness to becoming TICO Certified within the first 60 days of employment
  • Ability to start full-time on October 7, 2026
