Job Description
SEO & Growth Content Manager driving organic growth and conversion messaging for B2B in a high-growth food service startup. Collaborating with teams to manage content strategy and SEO initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Keyword & Competitive Strategy: Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to define the language and positioning that wins in the B2B meal-service space.
- AEO & Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of SEO trends with a focus on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring CookUnity’s authority in AI-driven search results.
- Performance Tracking: Own the organic growth roadmap, tracking qualified traffic and lead volume via GSC, Ahrefs, and GA4.
- The Content Engine: Manage the B2B content calendar, write/edit high-impact blogs, and partner with B2C teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify common objections and "deal-winning" language, translating these insights into landing pages and sales playbooks.
- ICP-Specific Messaging: Develop tailored messaging frameworks for our core personas (Corporate, Healthcare, and Channel Partners).
- Webflow Ownership: Hands-on development and optimization of B2B landing pages within Webflow.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Design and run experiments on headlines, CTAs, and page structures to continually improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Ad-Ops Partnership: Support the Advertising Lead by providing high-intent keywords and tested messaging frameworks to improve ROAS and paid landing page performance.
- Off-Site Growth: Expand CookUnity’s digital footprint through organic distribution, off-site placements, and authority-building content.
- Internal Linking: Develop and maintain a sophisticated internal linking strategy to distribute equity to high-value conversion pages.
Requirements:
- B2B Growth Experience: 3-5+ years in SEO and Content Marketing, specifically within a B2B or high-growth startup environment.
- Webflow Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience building and managing pages in Webflow.
- The "Growth" Mindset: Proven track record of running A/B experiments and using data to prove how content converts ICPs.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Deep knowledge of site architecture, schema for AEO, and SEO toolsets (Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Exceptional Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, persona-based copy that balances SEO requirements with high-touch B2B sales goals.
