Job Description
Technical SEO Specialist optimizing website performance and ensuring proper indexing for a U.S.-based staffing company. Proven experience needed with SEO tools, technical audits, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize website performance and ensure proper indexing on search engines
- Perform SEO audits and identify areas for improvement
- Optimize site structure, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking strategies
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and web development best practices
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot SEO-related issues
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve search rankings
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Certification in SEO or Google Analytics preferred
- Experience with technical audits using Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, or Sitebulb preferred
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing strategies preferred
- Background in content marketing or link-building strategies preferred
