Job Description
GoBanking Manager leading strategy, delivery, and teams for DCI’s digital banking platforms. Empowering community banks with scalable, secure financial technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee UI/UX design and enhancement of GoBanking solutions
- Establish and maintain design standards, best practices, and operational processes
- Develop project plans and assign staff to new product development and system maintenance initiatives
- Monitor project timelines and provide progress updates to executive leadership
- Provide direction and budget guidance for staffing and equipment needs
- Resolve escalated application issues and emergency system problems
- Guide implementation and training for new applications, enhancements, and releases
- Supervise Business Analyst teams, conduct evaluations, manage performance, and support career development
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional growth activities
- Serve as a technical advisor to internal departments
- Maintain organized workspaces in technology environments and related areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience in financial services
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a financial institution or financial data processing service provider
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design, software engineering principles, tools, and methodologies
- Familiarity with financial data processing system design and digital banking technologies
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a commitment to team growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Experience leading digital banking platform teams or overseeing mobile and online banking solutions
- Familiarity with GoBanking products, architecture, and technology ecosystems
- Track record of managing large-scale software engineering initiatives from strategy through delivery
- Experience working with compliance, cybersecurity, or customer-facing fintech solutions
- Banking experience preferred
