Job Description
Responsable régional accompagnant les gérants et mandataires des magasins NOZ, leader européen du déstockage. Pilotage commercial, RH, financier et légal de la performance régionale.
Responsibilities:
- Support and advise franchisees and company-operated store managers across the network to develop and improve the profitability of stores in your area.
- Ensure the NOZ concept and strategy are implemented.
- Drive revenue and profitability by recommending improvement plans to store managers.
- Lead the HR strategy and support franchisees in managing their payroll costs.
- Develop the financial strategy by providing guidance on business management.
- Analyze economic and workforce indicators daily using dashboards.
- Guide area managers toward the best-performing practices.
- Raise awareness of and provide support regarding compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- You have a strong retail mindset and solid hands-on management experience.
- You are proficient in analyzing business data and performance indicators.
- You have a proven track record in management.
- You are able to foster a positive workplace climate and retain talent in a demanding environment.
- You know how to enhance the company’s image and strengthen the employer brand locally.
- Your dynamism and ability to motivate your teams make you a natural leader focused on performance and achieving commercial results.
- Daily travel and overnight stays during the week are required.
