Job Description
Bilingual representative managing inbound and outbound calls for a busy call center. Working remotely with a diverse team while providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Join our high call volume environment and handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Help customers and find solutions.
- Work within a diverse team in an inclusive culture.
- Maintain efficiency and composure while multi-tasking.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
- Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Punctual, with great attendance.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure.
- Must be able to pass a post offer/pre-employment background check.
