Job Description

Bilingual representative managing inbound and outbound calls for a busy call center. Working remotely with a diverse team while providing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Join our high call volume environment and handle inbound/outbound calls.
  • Help customers and find solutions.
  • Work within a diverse team in an inclusive culture.
  • Maintain efficiency and composure while multi-tasking.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
  • Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
  • Able to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
  • Punctual, with great attendance.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure.
  • Must be able to pass a post offer/pre-employment background check.
