Bilingual Customer Service Representative managing mortgage inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure high-quality customer experience and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate positive relationships by providing clear, helpful, and professional support for every customer request.
  • Protect customer confidentiality by diligently following identity verification procedures and privacy guidelines.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of mortgage products to process account updates and transactions within the team's timeframes.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity by recording complete, professional notes in every customer file.
  • Introduce customers to the benefits of our online portal, assisting with registration and basic troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to team success by adhering rigorously to schedules and ensuring smooth transfers to specialized departments.

Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience in residential mortgage administration, financial services, or call centers.
  • Fluency in spoken French and English.
  • Unwavering professionalism and emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure situations or complex customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
