Job Description
Sales Coordinator handling sales team leadership and training at Mangone Law Firm. Bilingual (English-Spanish) focus for supporting client acquisition and conversion management.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Coaching: You will execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the team to exceed their commercial targets.
- Funnel Optimization: You will implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate by at least 5 percentage points.
- Lead Quality Oversight: You will ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team.
- Missed Call Mitigation: You will serve as the "Guardian of the Phone," actively reviewing and mitigating missed calls from potential clients to ensure no one goes unanswered.
- Data Mastery: You will design and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly "Sales Boulders" to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level).
- Sales Team Leadership: Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams, preferably in remote environments.
- Conversion Management: Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Strategic Operational Planning: Designing quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and managing high-availability schedules.
- Sales Coaching: Execution of daily training programs based on high-performance methodologies, such as Cardone.
- Lead Quality Control: Supervision of the client acquisition flow and prospect classification (Lead Scoring).
