Job Description
Sales Lead focusing on the Norwegian market and strategic development of German Truck & Bus segment accounts. Responsible for commercial growth through B2B sales and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management and development of key accounts in the Truck & Bus segment
- Development and implementation of customer-specific strategies and structured account plans
- Identification and realization of growth and profitability opportunities
- Conducting price and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines
- Overall commercial responsibility for the Norwegian market, including volume, revenue, and profit management
- Responsibility for forecasting, planning, and KPI monitoring
- Analysis of market, competitor, and customer developments
Requirements:
- University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification)
- Several years of proven experience in B2B sales and key account management
- Strong market and customer knowledge of the German market
- Industry experience in Truck & Bus, Automotive, or Tires is a plus
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with strong analytical capabilities
- Fluent in German and English
- Norwegian is an advantage but not a requirement
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
