Job Description
Sales roles developing and executing strategies to promote oncology solutions through trusted relationships. Helping clinicians enhance patient outcomes with personalized cancer care offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory strategies that drive adoption of precision oncology solutions and support broader organizational goals
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with oncologists, pathologists, surgeons, cancer centers, and other key stakeholders
- Apply strong scientific understanding of genomic testing, comprehensive genomic profiling, Oncotype DX, minimal residual disease (MRD) assays or inherited cancer testing to support clinical decision-making
- Engage with customers through in‑person and virtual interactions to meet sales and adoption objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, managed care, and other internal partners to influence access and utilization
- Share actionable market insights and competitive intelligence to help shape strategy and improve customer experience
- Lead a team of sales representatives to drive growth and success in market
- Foster culture of strong performance, collaboration, development and engagement
- Develop meaningful and productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within respective Region
- Develop, present, and execute a comprehensive region business plan
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales roles where you’ve built relationships, influenced clinical decision-making, or supported complex healthcare products
- Strong territory or account management skills
- Ability to communicate scientific and clinical concepts clearly and confidently
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field engagement
- Oncology or precision oncology sales experience (preferred)
- Direct people leadership experience (for management positions)
- Existing relationships with oncology specialists, cancer centers, or academic institutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with genomic testing, comprehensive profiling, or MRD solutions (preferred)
