Job Description

Bilingual Sales Specialist engaging potential clients and providing information for sales in Canada. Monitoring performance and working closely with the sales team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective customers
  • Lead follow-up: Proactively contact prospects who have completed online quote requests
  • Communication: Conduct effective communications in French and English
  • Performance review: Monitor your performance and meet targets
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve objectives
  • Career growth: Pass your broker exams after your first year

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proactive and hardworking with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Quick learner with an interest in technology
