Job Description
Bilingual Sales Specialist engaging potential clients and providing information for sales in Canada. Monitoring performance and working closely with the sales team to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective customers
- Lead follow-up: Proactively contact prospects who have completed online quote requests
- Communication: Conduct effective communications in French and English
- Performance review: Monitor your performance and meet targets
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve objectives
- Career growth: Pass your broker exams after your first year
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proactive and hardworking with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
