Job Description
Billing Analyst for TELUS Health overseeing accurate and timely billing processes and customer relations. Collaborating effectively to address billing inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing
- Ensure accurate and timely billing
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Send accurate, timely invoices to clients
- Review billing data and verify accuracy before sending
- Process and issue client invoices according to established schedules
- Review and submit credit requests as needed
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with them to quickly resolve billing issues
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of billing experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with TELUS Health, SAP, and Salesforce
- Comfortable using Excel formulas and macros
- Advanced proficiency in English is required
