Job Description
Billing Associate responsible for creating invoices and managing accounts receivable at an AI-driven commercial real estate platform. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in our billing system, Sage Intacct, to create and send invoices to our customers, ensuring accuracy in the details
- Be maniacal about managing all overdue AR and working on payment plans until you reconcile all payments on a customer’s account
- Translate customer contracts and Salesforce data into accurate invoices for each customer, setting up billing schedules
- Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, responding to billing support tickets addressing customer concerns via phone and email

Requirements:
- Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience or contract billing preferred
- Experience with billing systems; Sage Intacct is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience, you bring interpersonal skills and a deep customer focus to provide a Buildout Quality experience for our customers
- Extreme attention to detail and able to prioritize your day and workload
- A team player mentality, highly coachable, self-motivated and interested in growing your career
- Constantly improving, someone who loves feedback and proactively finds new ways to get better at their job
