Job Description
Brand Designer creating digital, print, event, and product visuals for Douro Labs, the team behind Pyth Network. Expanding Pyth Pro’s brand into traditional financial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality visual work across digital channels, events, and products
- Bring Douro Labs and Pyth visual identity systems to life across web, social, and event materials
- Support the Product Design Lead with product-side graphics in the short term
- Design social media assets, sales and internal communications collateral, and web content
- Support marketing initiatives for product releases, exchange integrations, and ecosystem events
- Apply brand guidelines across digital channels
- Adapt and resize assets across formats and platforms
- Design promotional materials for conferences and events
- Create booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
- Support product-side graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
- Help maintain visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
- Build templates and systems to accelerate recurring work
- Craft the visual foundation for Pyth Pro and expand Douro Labs beyond Web3-native audiences into traditional financial markets
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer
- Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color, and composition
- Proficient in Figma
- Portfolio showing range across digital and print
- Must excel in at least one of: motion design, Framer, or illustration and iconography
- AI-forward mindset, integrating platforms like Claude and Firefly into daily practice
- Self-organizing and proactive, able to manage workload and deadlines
- Clear, warm communicator who takes direction well and speaks up with ideas
- Resourceful experimenter and problem-solver
- Crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity is a plus, not required
- US-based, with PST preferred
