Job Description

Amazon Brand Manager managing client accounts and driving growth strategies for eCommerce brands. The role requires business planning, client meetings, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute monthly business plans to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Manage and develop the assigned customers’ Amazon stores and eCommerce presence
  • Understand customer needs and develop strategies to grow their business
  • Control and analyze sales performance of assigned customers
  • Organize weekly or biweekly checkpoint meetings and provide client updates
  • Manage the customer’s product catalog, ensuring listings are created and optimized by coordinating with SEO and Catalog Management teams
  • Suggest and create promotional offers for special days and report sales results
  • Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to align on inventory management and forecasting
  • Meet with clients from various sectors and research relevant markets and dynamics
  • Report action outputs and performance metrics to clients
  • Align with internal teams to ensure consistent strategies and execution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Ukraine
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in Amazon account management is a must
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of eCommerce operations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great multitasking and organizational abilities
