Job Description

Brand Marketing Lead managing US main market brand presence for JayWay Travel. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and measurable brand-driven growth in various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen JayWay’s presence in the US & English-language markets with messaging that reflects our uniqueness and high-touch personalization
  • Lead and mentor a global marketing team
  • Drive brand-led growth and measurable revenue impact
  • Oversee large-scale campaigns, PR, partnerships, and content strategy
  • Align marketing strategy with sales and operational objectives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in senior brand leadership roles
  • Proven US B2C brand experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or high-touch consumer sectors
  • Experience managing teams and delivering measurable brand-driven growth
  • Strong strategic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital ecosystems
  • Confident public speaker and brand ambassador
