Job Description
Support GE HealthCare’s employer brand and talent attraction efforts. Create and manage content and campaigns across social channels and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of employer brand content, including basic graphic design, copywriting, and light video editing.
- Assist with drafting and updating content for social posts, email communications, internal toolkits, and campaign assets.
- Help quality-check (QA) employer brand content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before publication.
- Support day-to-day management of employer brand social content, including scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends, escalating questions or issues as needed.
- Assist with paid media campaign setup and execution, including asset coordination, tracking links, and creative QA.
- Support reporting on employer brand initiatives, campaigns, and content performance.
- Assist with ongoing updates and enhancements to the careers site, including content refreshes and campaign support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, communications, or digital media.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven attention to detail.
