Job Description
SAP SD Business Analyst enhancing sales and distribution systems for Toro, a global outdoor-environment solutions provider. Designing functionality, supporting users, and implementing SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the Sales and Distribution module in SAP ECC
- Work with IT groups to support software integration with SAP
- Support business users performing sales order entry, dealer quotations, and shipping
- Apply SAP functionality and features to solve business problems and enhance Toro’s sales process
- Build and maintain SD functionality that enhances the user experience
- Implement standard SAP solutions using SAP best practices
- Participate in project teams implementing new functionality
- Work with business members to plan, develop, and execute new SD functionality
- Train under a senior SD analyst to learn how SD functionality is used at Toro
- Perform support duties and proactively address issues
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP SD
- Bachelor degree in a related field and more than four (4) years of related experience, or eight (8) years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with SAP SD order-to-cash processes
- Experience with product hierarchy creation
- Experience with customer setup and functionality
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical users to complete work assignments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
