Job Description
Business Analyst analyzing banking IT requirements for Mendson GmbH, an IT services provider for banking, insurance, and energy. Creating specifications, user stories, and testing features.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements for banking IT systems
- Develop corresponding functional concepts and specifications
- Independently analyze and coordinate business requirements directly with the client, the responsible Product Owners, and the software development team
- Create User Stories
- Conduct feature testing as part of Sprint Reviews and acceptance testing
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in software development projects
- Knowledge of banking processes, ideally in the SEPA/payment processing environment
- Experience working on agile Scrum projects, creating User Stories, and developing functional concepts
- Experience creating test cases and performing tests
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and Jira
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and methodological expertise
- A complete application in German is required
