Job Description
Senior Business Analyst shaping product direction for CI&T’s global agribusiness client. Leading requirements, agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, and Product Owner responsibilities in a multicultural team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a major global agribusiness client in a multicultural team
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle
- Lead discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders
- Validate delivered work against agreed requirements
- Act as the link between business and engineering
- Manage priorities and lead agile ceremonies
- Step into a de-facto Product Owner role when needed
- Add value autonomously within an established client squad
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or equivalent strategic role in digital products
- Ability to act autonomously as a Product Owner, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mapping
- Technical literacy in system architecture and API integrations
- Ability to validate deliveries against requirements and identify gaps before QA
- Fluent English, written and spoken; daily client interactions occur in English
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level analysts (nice to have)
- Experience with large, global enterprise accounts and multi-team coordination (nice to have)
- Experience shaping product roadmaps with Product Management leadership (nice to have)
- Data-driven product decision-making, including KPI definition and business metrics analysis (nice to have)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Miro (nice to have)
