Job Description
Senior Technical Business Analyst translating agribusiness marketing needs into technical requirements for CI&T. Supporting Salesforce, CMS, and analytics solutions in a North American digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a global client in the agribusiness sector within a multicultural team
- Operate in the North American Seeds Routes to Market digital ecosystem
- Translate business vision into precise technical requirements
- Bring risks and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, web CMS platforms, and Google Analytics 4
- Help shape a new client engagement and relationship from the ground up
- Collaborate directly with a senior marketing technology leader on the client side
Requirements:
- 6+ years in IT business analysis, with strong experience in digital marketing environments
- Hands-on experience with at least two of: SFMC, SFDC, web CMS, GA4
- Background in software development
- Solid agile skills: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives
- Ability to produce clear, actionable documentation: user stories, data mapping, process flows, business rules
- Fluent English — written and spoken
- Ability to navigate senior, opinionated stakeholders
- Experience with North American digital marketing strategies or route-to-market setups (nice to have)
- Background in agribusiness, CPG, or agriculture technology (nice to have)
- Familiarity with cross-functional integration testing and QA processes (nice to have)
- Experience using analytics data to inform product decisions (nice to have)
- Exposure to CI/CD environments (nice to have)
