Job Description
Business Systems Analyst Manager leading analysts and enterprise system improvements at Kimball Electronics. Driving process standardization, technology implementation, and business value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
- Drive standardization of business processes and enterprise solutions across multiple business units
- Lead strategic system implementation and enhancement projects from planning through deployment
- Support development of project plans, resource requirements, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
- Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems
- Establish testing, validation, and governance standards to ensure solution quality and compliance
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Progressive experience in business systems analysis, business process improvement, or enterprise application management
- Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts and project teams
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, or operations environments
- Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or Kanban methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to business systems
