Job Description
Analista sênior de sistemas de negócios conectando processos Q2C/O2C a soluções SAP. Traduzindo requisitos em testes funcionais e UAT para operações brasileiras.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and new business workflows
- Analyze and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) processes
- Support order management, billing, invoice issuance, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transaction processes
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, business risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and business workflows
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Align expected outcomes with business teams and support the identification and resolution of defects during testing
- Support solution implementation, deployment, and production stabilization activities
- Ensure documentation and traceability of requirements, process flows, test cases, decisions, and results
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to analyze and resolve issues related to business processes and systems
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with e-commerce workflows and digital transactions integrated with enterprise financial systems
- Functional knowledge of order management, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
- Solid experience with end-to-end testing and UAT
- Ability to develop detailed test cases covering positive, negative, exception, and integration scenarios
- Ability to analyze complex processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
- Advanced English proficiency
- Preferred: experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects or digital transformation programs
- Preferred: experience in subscription-based businesses, SaaS, e-commerce, or high-volume transaction environments
- Preferred: knowledge of integrations between e-commerce platforms, SAP, payment systems, billing platforms, and financial applications
- Preferred: experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development
- Preferred: familiarity with requirements management, process documentation, test execution, and defect tracking tools
