Job Description
Business Development Representative engaging in inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for supply chain software solutions. Collaborating with teams to convert leads into opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound inquiries promptly to maximize interest and conversion potential
- Qualify marketing leads by understanding their challenges, priorities, and readiness
- Research target accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Drive pre-event outreach to invite prospects to sessions, booth visits, or meetings with experts
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM and engagement platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior BDR or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
