Job Description

Business Development Representative engaging in inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting for supply chain software solutions. Collaborating with teams to convert leads into opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound inquiries promptly to maximize interest and conversion potential
  • Qualify marketing leads by understanding their challenges, priorities, and readiness
  • Research target accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Drive pre-event outreach to invite prospects to sessions, booth visits, or meetings with experts
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM and engagement platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior BDR or sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
