Job Description
Business Development Specialist expanding Bybit Pay through merchant, fintech, and Web3 partnerships. Developing regional payment strategies and crypto-to-fiat growth channels across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global markets and own the full growth pipeline
- Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels
- Drive the end-to-end business development cycle, including market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution
- Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, and Marketing teams to activate and scale payment use cases
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows
- Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations
- Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction
- Represent Bybit at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of the local market
- Comprehensive knowledge of Bybit’s platform and products
- Strong understanding of community dynamics
- Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns
- Understanding of the marketing landscape
