Job Description

Business Development Representative connecting with enterprise decision-makers for Sendoso’s B2B gifting and direct-mail platform. Qualifying leads, creating outbound campaigns, and generating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with VP and C-level decision-makers
  • Grab prospects’ attention, qualify them, demonstrate Sendoso’s value, and introduce prospects to the Account Executive Team
  • Shadow scheduled meetings and follow the sales process initiated
  • Share recognition when deals close
  • Develop scaled omni-channel outbound campaigns with the manager and team
  • Generate prospect interest and qualify leads into active opportunities
  • Utilize intent signals to ensure leads are followed up
  • Create gifting campaigns that capture target-audience attention
  • Contact buyers by phone

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a BDR, ideally prospecting at the enterprise level
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, parallel/power dialers, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Belief in the power of gifting to form human connections
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and determined to succeed through creative outreach
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, in person and in writing
  • Strong curiosity for AI and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies
  • High resilience and start-up “grit”
  • Must be located in Costa Rica
  • Must be authorized to work in Costa Rica or not require employer sponsorship
