Job Description

Business Development Representative managing prospects and leads for a Sydney-based digital marketing agency specializing in automation and data-driven campaigns. Engaging clients remotely from South Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and outbound prospects against the ideal customer profile.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels like calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key business challenges and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system for a seamless sales process.
  • Work closely with the senior team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
  • Monitor personal KPIs and report on activity volume and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and running structured sales cadences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
  • Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
