Job Description
Business Development Representative managing prospects and leads for a Sydney-based digital marketing agency specializing in automation and data-driven campaigns. Engaging clients remotely from South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and outbound prospects against the ideal customer profile.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels like calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify key business challenges and articulate solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system for a seamless sales process.
- Work closely with the senior team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
- Monitor personal KPIs and report on activity volume and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and running structured sales cadences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
- Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
