Job Description

Kundenbetreuer / Call Center Agent in der Energiebranche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und einem unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag ab dem ersten Tag. Langfristige Perspektive in einem internationalen Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer advice and customer service come first — not only over the phone; you’ll also get variety through written correspondence, all inbound!
  • Handling customer requests related to payment rate changes, annual consumption billing, meter reading notifications, master data updates and tariff inquiries
  • Recording and updating customer data (including master data, billing-relevant data, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Communicative and proficient in German at C1 level.
  • Independent and conscientious working style.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented when addressing customer concerns.
  • Enjoy advising customers and take pleasure in optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Reside in Salzwedel or the surrounding area.
