Job Description
Campaign Manager running bilingual digital and traditional media campaigns for Bolster, an integrated communications agency connecting brands with entertainment and culture. Managing clients, budgets, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of media campaigns
- Develop campaign strategies and channel plans
- Liaise with clients, media publishers, platform representatives, and internal US and Australian teams
- Gather specifications, tags, and deliverables and execute offline and online campaigns
- Set up conversion and pixel tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Generate, adapt, and edit paid-channel ad copy with clients
- Schedule ads and manage campaign budgets
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaign performance against client objectives
- Manage and solve AQs on time
- Escalate scope and billing requests to client service and finance teams
- Manage client expectations and provide frequent updates
- Analyze and visualize data and compile end-of-campaign reports with insights
- Provide media recommendations alongside the Campaign Director
- Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and brainstorms
- Stay current with marketing and advertising trends
- Support day-to-day task completion with the US Media Team
- Represent Bolster at industry events, client meetings, and agency group functions
Requirements:
- US based
- Business-level fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbally
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads
- Bonus: experience with The Trade Desk and offline media including OOH, TV, and Radio
- Proficiency with GA4 and reporting/dashboard platforms such as Whatagraph, Supermetrics, and Data Studio
- Experience using Slack, Monday.com, Resource Guru, and the broader Google Suite
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced digital, marketing, media, or advertising environment
- Ability to communicate technical information succinctly and articulately
- Proven history managing multiple clients, projects, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated nature
- Track record of using data to identify insights or opportunities
- Genuine curiosity for marketing trends and technology
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Understanding and love of music and other cultural pillars is a bonus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
