Job Description

Global Case Manager managing immigration cases for WR Immigration, overseeing strategies and client interactions internationally. Ensuring compliance, records maintenance, and client advisory for global mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ immigration cases from initiation to conclusion including establishing case strategy
  • Oversee the work of local advisors to ensure that all necessary steps are being taken during the course of each case
  • Independently lead client calls for business visa cases and work visas and permits where local advisor is included in the call
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases in a timely and consistent manner
  • Adhere to current WR and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively manage clients’ global mobility programs to ensure that clients are provided with strategic advice
  • Play a key role in client onboarding, including ensuring that clients have access to an appropriate suite of standard WRapid reports
  • Prepare client presentations for attorney or manager review and delivery
  • Learn and implement WR-specific case workflows
  • Develop an advanced understanding of the global mobility requirements for the countries in which the firm’s clients are traveling
  • Utilize existing organizational tools and participate in the development of new tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
  • 2-5 years of experience in global mobility or international immigration
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills, especially in a professional email setting
